Tom Russell

Founder | Facilitator | Visual Thinking Specialist

Tom is the founder of Russell Sewell Ltd and the driving force behind Russell Sewell Ltd, Inky Thinking and Inky Shop UK.

With many years of experience helping organisations tackle complex challenges, Tom specialises in facilitation, visual strategy, graphic recording and designing collaborative experiences that bring people together. His passion for visual thinking is what inspired the creation of Inky Shop UK, making professional facilitation tools more accessible across the UK.

Esther Russell

Co-Director| Operations & Client Relationships

Esther is Co-Director of Russell Sewell Ltd and plays a pivotal role across both Inky Thinking and Inky Shop UK.

With a passion for bringing people together, Esther works closely with clients to create positive experiences from the very first conversation through to project delivery. Whether she's supporting the design of collaborative workshops, nurturing client relationships or ensuring every order leaves Inky Shop UK with care and attention, she believes that great service is built on genuine human connection.

Esther understands the importance of creating environments where people feel heard, valued and inspired to contribute. Her enthusiasm for learning, collaboration and sustainable practice is reflected throughout everything we do.
