Russell Sewell Ltd
Russell Sewell Ltd is the company behind both Inky Thinking and Inky Shop UK.
Founded by Tom and Esther Russell, we've spent many years visually facilitating and enabling organisations to bring people together to solve complex challenges, communicate more clearly and create lasting change. Clients include Apple, Mars Foods, MAN Truck & Bus, Office for Nuclear Regulation, Royal Canin.
Whether we're designing & facilitating a strategy workshop, illustrating a business vision or supplying visual facilitation equipment, our focus has always been the same — helping people have richer more productive conversations.
Inky Thinking
Our journey really came to life through Inky Thinking.
Working with organisations across the UK and around the world, our talented team of illustrators, facilitators and visual storytellers help transform rich conversations into engaging visual experiences.
From live graphic recording and strategy illustrations to animation, storyboarding and rich picture design, we've worked alongside global organisations to make ideas more memorable, accessible and actionable. Clients include; Amazon, Campari, Google, Jaguar Land Rover, Mars, PepsiCo.

Why we created Inky Shop UK
Over the years, clients regularly asked us where they could buy the markers, boards, paper and workshop equipment we used every day.
Our answer was always the same:

So we decided to change that.

Today, we're proud to be the UK's trusted home for Neuland products, offering specialist advice, fast delivery and the reassurance that every recommendation comes from real-world experience.
