The Inky Shop UK – Refund Policy

At The Inky Shop UK, we want you to love your purchase of Neuland products, and we’re here to help
if something isn’t quite right.

Returns & Eligibility:

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in
their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on:
• Gift vouchers
• Personalised items
• Clearance or sale products (unless faulty)
• Opened or used consumables (e.g., RefillOne)

Refund Process:

• Please e-mail hello@inkyshop.co.uk to inform us that you are intending to return your item.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm approval or
rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We are happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us
on e-mail within 5 working days of delivery, providing photos of the issue.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or
incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Issues & Support:

If something is wrong with your order (e.g., missing items, wrong product), please contact us right away
so we can make it right.
