At The Inky Shop UK, we want you to love your purchase of Neuland products, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns and eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift vouchers

  • Personalised items

  • Clearance or sale products, unless faulty

  • Opened or used consumables, such as RefillOne

Refund process

  • Please email hello@inkyshop.co.uk to let us know that you intend to return your item.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us within five working days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will be received.

If something is wrong with your order, such as a missing item or an incorrect product, please contact us straight away so we can put it right.
