Buyers guide to the Novario® WorkshopCases
Which Novario® WorkshopCase is right for you? A buying guide.
If you've landed on the Novario® WorkshopCases collection, you'll have noticed there are 6 of them — and at a glance, working out which one actually fits your workshops isn't obvious. This guide breaks the range down into the two decisions that matter: which card system you use, and how much kit you need to carry.
First decision: Pin-It or Stick-It?
Every Novario® WorkshopCase is built around one of Neuland's two workshop card systems, and this is the choice that matters most — it determines which cards, and which surfaces, the case is designed to work with.
- Pin-It cases are stocked for use with pinboards, where cards and materials are pinned directly to a felt or foam surface.
- Stick-It cases are stocked for use with self-adhesive Stick-It cards, designed for surfaces like GraphicWalls or whiteboards where pinning isn't an option.
If you already know which boards you're facilitating on, this decision makes itself. If you're kitting out a new practice, it's worth matching the case to whichever board you use most — there's no point carrying pinnable cards to a venue with a magnetic whiteboard wall.

Second decision: Basic, Professional or XL?
Once you know your card system, the remaining choice is about capacity and how many people you're typically facilitating for.
| Case | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Novario® WorkshopCase, Pin-It Basic | £325.00 | An affordable, professional entry point — smaller groups, or facilitators building their first kit |
| Novario® WorkshopCase, Pin-It Professional | £410.00 | Neuland's bestselling training case, with a fuller assortment of materials for regular workshop use |
| Novario® WorkshopCase, Stick-It | £450.00 | The Stick-It equivalent of the Professional case — a complete, ready-to-go kit for adhesive-card workshops |
| Novario® XL WorkshopCase, Pin-It Basic | £500.00 | Larger groups on a Pin-It budget — more room, same accessible price point |
| Novario® XL WorkshopCase, Pin-It Professional | £575.00 | Bigger sessions that still need the fuller Professional materials assortment |
| Novario® XL WorkshopCase, Stick-It | £695.00 | The top of the range — maximum Stick-It kit for larger groups and longer sessions |
Basic vs Professional, in short: Basic gives you a genuinely professional case at the most accessible price, while Professional carries a fuller assortment of workshop materials for facilitators running sessions regularly. Neither is "better" — it's a question of how often you're on the road and how deep a kit you need on hand.
Standard vs XL: the XL cases share the same case design and Novario® modular box system, just scaled up — more internal capacity for bigger groups, at a larger footprint and higher weight. The standard Stick-It case, for reference, weighs around 7kg and measures roughly 46 x 30 x 17cm; the XL cases step up to around 58 x 37 x 16.5cm and 10-11kg once packed.
Why the Novario® system itself is worth knowing about
Regardless of which case you land on, they're all built around the same idea: contents are organised into individual Novario® boxes rather than loose inside the case. That means you can see everything you're carrying at a glance, remove just the box you need for a session, and reconfigure what's inside as your workshop needs change — rather than being locked into a fixed kit list forever.
The cases themselves are soft, padded and designed to be carried comfortably by hand or over the shoulder, with lid pockets sized for an iPad, phone or larger workshop cards, so the essentials stay within reach during a session.

Carrying more? Look at the Novario® WorkshopTrolleys
If your kit has grown beyond what's comfortable to carry by hand — or you're regularly wheeling equipment through airports, car parks, or long venue corridors — the Novario® WorkshopTrolley range uses the same box system in a wheeled case, including an empty trolley option if you'd rather build your own kit from scratch.
