We wanted to explain why, briefly, and directly.

Why we've launched on Amazon

Inky Shop UK is the ONLY dedicated retailer of genuine Neuland kit in the UK outside of Germany. That's a position we've built carefully, through direct relationships with customers who care about getting the right product, proper advice and the confidence that they're buying authentic Neuland tools.

Not everyone shops that way, though. A large number of people only ever buy through Amazon — for convenience, for Prime delivery, or simply because it's the platform they trust by habit. Rather than leave that audience to find (or mis-find) Neuland kit elsewhere, we've launched a small, curated range of specially selected sets on Amazon, so genuine Neuland products are available to them too.

What's changed (and what hasn't)

What's new: a short selection of hand-picked Neuland sets, available to buy directly through Amazon.

What hasn't changed: everything else. inkyshop.co.uk remains home to our full range, our product advice, and the level of service our customers know us for. The Amazon range is intentionally narrow — a way to reach new customers, not a replacement for the shop we've built.

Where should you buy?

If you already shop with us directly, there's no need to change anything — your usual way of ordering, and any pricing or account benefits you have with us, are unaffected.

If you're new to Neuland and prefer buying through Amazon, you're welcome to explore the Amazon range here — with the same product authenticity you'd expect from Inky Shop UK, just via a different checkout process.

Either way, you're getting the genuine Neuland kit AND the same people/shop behind it.
